5. ORDERING AND PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Products presented in the pharomatique.com online store can be purchased in the pharomatique online store. An order in the online store is submitted when the user receives an automatic electronic notification. This electronic notification is not confirmation that the product is in stock and that shipping has begun. The order will be confirmed no later than 2 business days from the date the order was placed, via a new email notification of order confirmation.

6. WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS, AND COMPLAINTS

PRODUCT RETURN
If the buyer has already received the goods and withdraws from the purchase, they must return the received goods to the company within 14 days of the written notice from section 6.1. - SHIPMENT COMPLAINTS
Beleca Cosmetics d.o.o. is responsible for actual factory defects of products purchased in the pharomatique.com online store. If the buyer has any complaint in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, please inform us at info@pharomatique.com. The consumer must describe the defect in detail in the defect notification and enable the seller to consider the defect.

All complaints that are improperly packaged and show visible mechanical damage during transport will not be accepted but will be returned to the sender.

7. PRICES
All prices are expressed in Euros with VAT included. When purchasing, the prices valid at the time of the order apply. Prices are valid until the publication of a new price list in the pharomatique.hr online store.
When displaying price reductions (expressed in percentages), there may be a minimal deviation from what is stated in the e-shop on invoices, which is a consequence of rounding retail prices after the reduction.

9. SHIPPING COSTS AND CONDITIONS
Order delivery is carried out via DPD and GLS courier services at a fixed price of €4.99 for orders up to €40.00. For orders over €40.00, delivery is free.
10. DELIVERY TIME
The standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. Exceptions may include unforeseen conditions, as well as delivery to islands and hard-to-reach places, in which case the delivery time may be extended up to 14 business days.
11. CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in other currency into EUR according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
