PAYMENT METHODS

Cash on delivery
The buyer pays the postage to the official in cash upon receipt of the goods.

Payment by proforma invoice.
Payment upon receipt of the offer. After receiving the funds, we send the goods to the buyer's address.

Online card payment.
pharomatique.com uses WSPay for online payments. WSPay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment with credit and debit cards, and other payment methods. WSPay ensures secure entry and transfer of entered card data for both buyer and merchant, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate held by WSPay. WSPay uses a 256-bit SSL encryption certificate and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transfer.

All payments are processed through secure and certified online payment systems, and card data is not stored on the merchant’s servers. The merchant uses a contracted payment service provider that ensures an encrypted connection and data processing in accordance with applicable regulations on personal data protection and electronic payment security.

DELIVERY

Local delivery

Order delivery is carried out via DPD  courier services at a fixed price of €4.99 for orders up to €30.00. For orders over €30.00, delivery is free.

International delivery

Order delivery is carried out via DHL courier services at a fixed price  depending on delivery state. Delivery costs and free delivery minimum amount you can find here.

Delivery time

The standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. Exceptions may include unforeseen conditions, as well as delivery to islands and hard-to-reach places, in which case the delivery time may be extended up to 14 business days.
